Performance Training ProgramsReady to work hard? Looking to gain the upper hand against the competition? Performance Training helps athletes become the best version of their self. We train athletes who are committed and determined to improve his or her fitness level. Does your athlete want to challenge and intensify their fitness goals? Currently we offer performance training programs in Speed and Agility, Strength and Conditioning and Elite Fitness Training. Our program is for athletes between the ages of 10 and 18.

We encourage serious athletes to train in both performance training and their chosen sport to maximize results. By partnering performance training with sports training, players will go from average athletes to elite athletes and competition will be no problem!

Speed & Agility

This program is for multisport athletes, ages 8-18, who want to improve their speed and agility. Our Speed and Agility program incorporates cardio, balance, plyometric, speed, and agility drills through obstacle courses, interval training, and stationary movement.

Players are placed into small groups based on their skill level so each athlete can progress at an appropriate pace throughout the program.

Athlete Expectations: 

  • Must have discipline, good attitude, and put in effort.
  • The ability to handle an intense workout.
  • Possess a desire and passion to improve their speed and agility through hard work and motivation.

To reach maximum results players need to train multiple days a week in speed and agility and their individual sport. We also encourage players to train in speed and agility and elite fitness to become well-rounded athletes. Cross training is an important tactic to take advantage of!

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning programs build player’s, ages 10-18, strength, endurance, and stamina. We use resistance bands, jump ropes, line jumping, weight training and more to improve the overall strength and conditioning of players.

Players are placed into small groups based on their skill level so each athlete can progress at an appropriate pace throughout the programs.

Athlete Expectations:

  • The ability to physically hold up their own body weight.
  • The ability to handle an intense workout.
  • Bring a jump rope to class each week.
  • Possess a desire and passion to improve their strength and conditioning through hard work and motivation.

SAC-101: Introduction to Strength & Conditioning

Students learn the basic foundations of strength and conditioning, giving them the essential skills and experiences that are necessary to excel in their sport.

SAC-102: Speed and Agility for Female Athletes

Beginning female athletes learn and master movements of speed and agility that will greatly impact in-game performance and allow for exponential athletic development.

SAC-201: Principles of Resistance Training

Students acquire the skills and knowledge of resistance training, which will set them apart from other athletes of their age and sport skill level. Athletes will also focus on proper lifting technique and weight room safety.
