Perform in High Pressure Situations

Junior Elite Offense & Game Play is designed to develop players’ offensive abilities in a variety of gameplay situations. From quick running offense to reaction training, players will gain the skills needed to perform in high pressure situations. Being able to read and react is key in top level volleyball. Players will be in team positions that allow for every player to know what and when to do specific skills. Being prepared for anything is extremely important for success in volleyball.

Our Jr. Elite Basketball Program is designed for student-athletes (Girls and Boys) in Grades 4-8 who are serious about competing at the middle school and high school level and beyond. This program will call for players to be highly committed, motivated, and focused both on and off the court. If invited to take part in the Jr. Elite program, players will experience a rigorous skill development program to prepare them to compete at advanced levels. Players will also be required to meet certain academic standards in order to participate. It is our aim to mold these young athletes not only into quality student-athletes but also to provide them with the discipline and life skills to become positive and productive members of society. CLASSES	REGISTER
CBB-401: Point Guard Precision Point Guard Precision is a course designed to develop the ultimate “floor general” that every coach needs to lead their team on the court. Players will be pushed to develop an in-depth understanding of game concepts and principles while also developing the physical, mental, and emotional leadership qualities that every great point guard must possess. Age / Grade: 13-16 Years Old Class Length: 60 Minutes	Invitation Only
CBB-402: Perimeter Play Today’s game calls for players of all positions (guards, forwards, even centers) to be effective playing the game from the perimeter. This course will enhance each player’s familiarity and skills from the outside – both offensively and defensively. Players will work to develop their effectiveness shooting and scoring from the outside, defending the perimeter, attacking various defenses, decision making, movement concepts, understanding of angles and situations, etc. Age / Grade: 13-16 Years Old Class Length: 60 Minutes	Invitation Only
CBB-403: Post Play This course will push players to become more effective players from the inside. Post play is almost a lost art in basketball today, but the development of an inside game and strong post moves from big men and guards alike can cause nightmares for defenders. Players will develop footwork and body control skills to score from the inside while also developing a sense of how to utilize the post position to set up others to score. CBB-404: Chalk Talk / Court Concepts This course will take players off the court to take a look at the game from a more in-depth perspective. Players will take a look at their individual game as well as the team game and be able to identify strengths, weaknesses, how to enhance strengths, and how to improve weaknesses. Players will greatly enhance their basketball IQ through an in-depth analysis of their game and the game of basketball as a whole. CBB-405: Playmaker The Playmaker course will combine elements of all previous courses to further push the progression of our most talented basketball players through a variety of drills and game play scenarios. Age / Grade: 13-16 Years Old Class Length: 60 Minutes	Invitation Only
CBB-406: Elite Scrimmage At our Elite Scrimmages, players will be competing in a controlled environment while being coached up on various higher level team basketball concepts. Throughout the session, coaches will introduce and teach players different offensive sets, defensive zones, rotations, pressure/trapping schemes, as well as how to attack or offset such schemes. Players will take these concepts on a weekly basis and implement them in controlled, high level, live scrimmage scenarios. Age / Grade: 13-16 Years Old Class Length: 60 Minutes	Invitation Only
