We’re exctited to start shaping high school players at our local community level

High School playersAn exciting opportunity has been developed for CAL Sports Academy and our local community. In the North Penn School district, prospective players at the middle school level can take part in a new feeder program under the guidance of the North Penn High School staff and Coach Corey.   Having been active in successfully developing young athletes throughout this area for a number of years, we are thrilled to have this opportunity to work together to strengthen the future of the North Penn Knights Basketball Program.

The feeder program is being put in place to give players the chance to develop a solid foundational framework of skills and basketball knowledge that will ultimately benefit them both individually and the North Penn Boys Basketball Program moving forward. Players in the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades are invited to take part in the program. This preparatory instruction is being designed to connect and strengthen the basketball community and to develop consistency as a program.

Players will be receiving position-specific and skill-specific training of the highest quality to eliminate bad habits. They will be pushed to their potential as they prepare for competition at the high school level through strength and performance training as well. Players will be receiving progressive individual skill development ranging from basic fundamental training to elite-level training, as well as gaining insight and familiarity with our system, plays, and specific schemes/concepts that are critical to what we do on the varsity level at North Penn.

Again, we couldn’t be more excited to start shaping the players at our local community level to make the North Penn program a strong and successful team.
