School’s Out Programs

School's OutOur “School’s Out” programs are offered on days where children have days off from school. We offer School’s Out programs in basketball, volleyball, elite fitness, and multi-sport action. School’s Out is available for all skill levels at multiple locations. Participants are grouped by skill and age to maximize the opportunity to develop player skills.

School’s Out will: improve players game play, strengthen their skills, boost their confidence, and create new friendships by playing competitive games and having fun!

Basketball: School's Out

Basketball School’s Out is for players, in grades 1-9, who are looking for something to do on their day off from school.  Participants are grouped by skill and age to maximize the opportunity to develop individual player skills.

Half Day (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM): $25
Full Day (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $45
Extending half day to full day is an additional $30 per day.

Volleyball: School's Out

Volleyball School’s Out is for players, in grades 5-12, who are looking for something to do on their day off from school.  Participants are grouped by skill and age to maximize the opportunity to develop individual player skills.

Half Day (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM): $25
Full Day (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $45
Extending half day to full day is an additional $30 per day.

School's Out: Multi-Sports

Multi-Sports School’s Out is for players, in grades 1-9, who are looking for something to do on their day off from school. Multi-Sports includes dodge ball, baseball, flag football, soccer, and basketball. Additional sports may be added based on our participants’ selections. Our fun and energetic program will help players learn about each individual sport. Participants are grouped by skill and age to maximize the opportunity to develop player skills.

Half Day (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM): $25
Full Day (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $45
Extending half day to full day is an additional $30 per day.

School's Out: Elite Fitness

Our Elite Fitness Training program (EFT) helps athletes, in grades 5-12, become the best version of their self. In Elite Fitness, athletes will train in Strength and Conditioning and, Speed and Agility to challenge and intensify their fitness.

Elite Fitness Training builds strength, conditioning, and endurance through weight training, mile runs, stretching, cardio, and speed work while improving muscular endurance. Incorporating breathing and stretching practices into training, and monitoring overall health and well-being, athletes will enhance their mind-body connection and go from an average athlete to an elite athlete where competition will be no problem.

Athletes in our EFT Program must understand that this is an intense program where results are achieved. Individuals must be committed and willing to work hard under pressure. Athletes must be able to run over one mile.

Modifications to exercises are provided as necessary to ensure the safety and progression of all athletes.

Video taping of any CAL Sports Academy program is strictly prohibited.
