CAL Sports Academy abides by the following policies, procedures, terms and conditions.
Policies & Procedures:
Thank you for taking part in personal training, leagues, clinics and camps. Below are CAL Sports Academy's policies and procedures. These allow CAL Sports Academy to be most efficient and provide the best service possible.
All Private Lesson reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. All payments are due one (1) week prior to the private lesson or the lesson will be cancelled without exception.
All purchased training appointments/sessions expire 3 months after the date of the first training session. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. If you are physically unable to continue training, you must bring a doctor´s note. Any prolonged travel plans you must make special arrangements in advance.
You are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle you to a session longer than the scheduled appointment. For example if you are 20 minutes late for a 60 minute training session, your session will be reduced to 40 minutes and you will not receive credit for the remaining 20 minutes.
Refund Policy: There is absolutely no refund on sessions, camps, clinics, leagues, private lessons, team lessons, or group lessons purchased.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and Procedure:
Last minute cancellations or attempts to reschedule are an inconvenient to CAL sports Academy, their staff and other clients. While we will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate your schedule, we will do so only under the following conditions:
If you need to cancel an appointment / training session you must do so within 24 hours of the appointment time by sending an email to email@example.com. We will check our staff's availability and get back to you with confirmation of the rescheduled date and time as soon as possible. If for any reason you do not call within 24 hours of your appointment you will forfeit your training session and fees. The only exception to this policy is a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.

Programs conducted by CAL Sports Academy include a variety of activities some of which are physical in nature. The level of participation in any activity is completely up to each individual participant AT ALL TIMES. CAL Sports Academy is committed to SAFETY FIRST, however, there are risks, which must be assumed by each participant that he or she may suffer an emotional or
physical injury. As a result, we must ask you to read the following statement with the understanding that your: filling out of the downloadable registration form; or payment and choice to participate in the program activity is an acknowledgement that you understand the statement. “I understand that parts of this program will involve physical activity and that I have the choice in deciding my level of participation and I assume responsibility for my choices. I have completed the medical information section in this document and have not omitted disclosure that bears upon my fitness to participate in activities. It is my understanding that my medical information is strictly confidential and will only be reviewed by CAL Sports Academy personnel. I will hold harmless CAL Sports Academy, from and charge, claim, or cause of action brought against them as a result of personal injury to the participant.”
I also give my permission for any photos or video taping of myself or my child, be used or reproduced by CAL Sports Academy for advertising purposes.
LATE PAYMENT/REGISTRATION POLICY
CLASSES and CLINICS will be billed according to the following scale after the first week of the 8 week session using a $25.00 per class rate: 7 weeks = $175.00, 6 weeks to 1 week = $150.00. There is no further price reduction after the second week of the program. There are NO pay by class options, NO pay by the class discounts, and NO make up classes.
