SUNDAY SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING
SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING - SUNDAYS (1hr/wk)
SPRING 1 & 2
CAL SPORTS SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING is perfect for multi-sport athletes who want to improve their speed and agility in their respective sports. Each 60-minute session will include:
- Dynamic warm-ups
- Flexibility drills
- Athlete assessment
- Agility drills
- Speed drills
- Balance drills
- Quickness drills
- Reaction-time drills
- Cool down
This program is demanding, and its success depends on your athlete’s discipline, attitude, and effort. Each player must be prepared to work as hard as he or she possibly can from the first drill to the last. This program is a fantastic way to develop what we feel is the number one vital component of success in sports and in life: internal discipline!
Materials: Participants will need good running shoes, a jump rope, and plenty of water.
*Video taping of any clinic session is strictly prohibited.*
Location: All classes will be heldat Montgomery County Performance Center, 110 Christopher Lane, Harleysville, PA 19438.
Spring I Fees: $125 if registered by March 4th. Registration after the first class will be billed at $20/class: There are no further price reductions, no discounts, and no make-up classes.
