At Montgomery County Sports Performance Center our staff has been working the field of sports performance, either coaching and/or competing for many years. Please visit our Staff page and meet them.

Our new facility is state of the art for gymnastics and cheerleading but is actually 3 facilities in one giving us the ability to train and instruct in many other sports performance programs. We have equipment that is specialized for all sizes and skill levels for your gymnasts, cheerleaders, baseball, basketball, soccer and many other sports and conditioning training. And while we develop advanced athletes, our philosophy is to offer the opportunity to all children to defy the laws of gravity, expand the "I CAN" attitude, and develop strength, coordination, and flexibility through a structured system of class instruction.

We are here to help every child achieve their dreams and reach their goals.
