CAL SPORTS DEVELOPMENT BASKETBALL PROGRAM:
SATURDAYS – SPRING
Fees: $124 for each session
March 3rd – April 21st (8 Weeks)

• Ages 5 to 7 -- 9:00a to 10:00a --- Session 1


• Ages 8 to 10 -- 10:00a to 11:00a --- Session 2


• Ages 11 to 13 -- 11:00a to 12:00a --- Session 3

Description: This program is designed to teach boys and girls the fundamental concepts of basketball. The program focuses on technique through the use of 8 classes that subsequently build on each other, helping the children to gradually increase their ability to perform the basic skills needed to help them play basketball.

Week 1:
• Introduction, overall class assessment & explanation of double dribble and travel with examples and dribbling drills.

Week 2 – 6:
Passing, Lay-ups, Shooting, Free-Throws, Defense (fouls), Rebounding and more…
• 5 - Minutes to Warm Up
• 20 - Minutes of Drills
• 5 - Minute Halftime
• 30 - Minutes of Drills

Week 7 – 8:
The last two weeks will not include drills; instead this time will be used for control scrimmages of which will consist of two 20-minute halves with breaks as needed.

Refund Policy: There is absolutely no refund on sessions, camps, clinics, leagues or lessons purchased. You can’t make up classes if you miss a session.

LATE PAYMENT/REGISTRATION POLICY
 CLASSES and CLINICS will be billed according to the following scale after the first week of the 8 week session using a $25.00 per class rate: 7 weeks = $175.00, 6 weeks to 1 week = $150.00. There is no further price reduction after the second week of the program. There are NO pay by class options, NO pay by the class discounts, and NO make-up classes.
