Discovering a player’s Strength Through Sports, provides youth the opportunity to grow and develop through mind, body, and soul. We develop our athlete’s abilities by coaching them to be the best version of themselves both on, and off, the terrain. Our focus is on integrity, sports education, being good role models to children, and commitment to attain results that exceed expectations. Our players learn skills that last a lifetime.
Who We Are
We were founded in 2006 in order to build Strength Through Sports to youth in the Montgomery and Bucks counties. Knowing how important a positive example is in a child’s development, we show the way by illustrating to our students what leadership looks like and how to look at everything with a can-do attitude. Our CAL Family knows just what this looks like and how to utilize it to impact players’ lives.
Our positive motivation and energy keeps bringing players back into the gym. Whether it is an intense skills workout or a Preschool Sports Explorers class, our coaches teach with joy and passion for what they do every day. Players leave our programs a better player, a better individual, and with a smile on their face knowing they worked hard.
Additionally, we have a strong belief in giving back to the community we occupy. We celebrate individual success and encourage our players and teams to become stronger in all they do. Whether it is helping with a food drive; walking in a parade; writing letters to military men and women overseas; or raising awareness to end bullying and fight obesity; we focus on family and being there for players, families, and our communities. We bring awareness by building lasting relationships through a mutual passion for sports and well-being.
What We Do
We provide high level year-round competitive youth sports training in the areas of basketball, volleyball, soccer, performance, and private training. We aim for our players to be well-rounded by using what they learn from our CAL Family in all aspects of their lives.
Our programs are for both boys and girls who range from the age of three through eighteen (depending on the program of choice). We specialize in programs for beginners, intermediates, and advanced players, which include clinics, scrimmages, leagues, travel teams, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, elite fitness, individual and small group training, school’s out days, and summer programs.
Why We Do It
Sports and athletics will always be in demand as these are ways for youth to become physically fit, learn something new, be part of a team, and learn about who they are as an individual. We pride ourselves on not just making a player focus on the strength of their body, but also the strength of their minds and souls. Our standards are high as we expect players to be the best they can be both on, and off, the terrain.
Currently, our clientele are from various areas including Allentown, Berwyn, Coatesville, Collegeville, King of Prussia, Lederach, Lansdale, Pennsburg, Philadelphia, Pottstown, Quakertown, Souderton, Telford, Villanova, and Yardley. We are passionate about reaching and sharing our love for Strength Through Sports to many people within many different communities. By spreading our positive messages to all communities, we aim to help make the world a better place.
